FHA Loan? Get it NOW!!!
Thinking about getting an FHA loan? Then you will want to know about this: The FHA is going to raise the monthly mortgage insurance on FHA loans after April 18, 2011. On a home purchase price of $250,000 that would mean an extra $51 per month. I don't know about you, but there's a lot of things I can think of to do with an extra $51 every month!
