FHA Loan? Get it NOW!!!

Thinking about getting an FHA loan?  Then you will want to know about this:  The FHA is going to raise the monthly mortgage insurance on FHA loans after April 18, 2011.  On a home purchase price of $250,000 that would mean an extra $51 per month.  I don't know about you, but there's a lot of things I can think of to do with an extra $51 every month!  If the interest rates also rise, this will add serious dollars to your monthly payment.  So, bottom line is.... don't wait to buy a new home, do it now!  Check with your preferred lender to find out about all the loan programs out there that YOU qualify for!
