New Homes Available This Weekend!

Well April is upon us, and what better way is there to take a break from those tax returns than to visit an open house?  Check out all the latest finishes & newest subdivisions.  We have homes complete, homes under construction, and many vacant lots to choose from where you can build the home of your dreams.  Make your plans now to be in a brand-spanking-new home by summer, or begin building a home from the ground up that you can be in by fall - it's really easier than you might think! Our staff is ready to help you every step of the way. 

Now is actually a great time to think about purchasing a new home to be built, and not just because the interest rates are low.... and having a brand new home is AWESOME... but for a reason you might not even think of.  When building a new home in the winter months, there are several exterior items that cannot be finished until the summer months, like driveways and exterior paint.  So when you move into your new home in December, you may be waiting until sometime in the summer before your home is fully complete.  The advantage of purchasing a home to be built right now is that we will be able to finish all those exterior items before you move in! Nice!
