Spinell Homes, Inc. is Alaska's largest home builder, building nearly 3,000 homes throughout South Central Alaska since 1987. Spinell Homes is family owned and operated. Since early 2000 Chuck and Jackie Spinelli have been joined by two of their three children working within the business. Andre Spinelli began picking up construction sites while in high school and has a hands-on education doing excavation, framing, project management, development and design. Andre is currently the Design and Development Manager and also serves as President of the Anchorage Home Builders Association. Andre's dedication to energy efficient, sustainable housing has led to his designation as a "Certified Green Builder Professional" from NAHB and his Chairmanship of SC District of the CCHRC Research Advisory Committee. Lauren Spinelli joined the business after graduating from the University of Redlands. Lauren, like her father, has a degree in education but family tradition was too strong to keep her away. She heads up our marketing and sales efforts, meets with every home buyer prior to the start of construction and directs the traffic until closing. Spinell Homes has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Beginning with the sale, following with a series of customer service calls leading to our one-year warranty service appointment, our customers can be assured their home will be all that is expected. Our 10-Year Structural Warranty was the first offered by a builder in the state and has become the standard within the industry. Spinell has received numerous awards for building excellence from both the Anchorage and Mat-Su Home Builders Associations. But we are proudest of our "Award for Excellence" given by the Better Business Bureau (Better Business Bureau of Alaska "Excellence in Customer Service Award" 1994) and by being voted "Best Home Builder in Alaska" by the readers of the Anchorage Daily News. Since moving to Alaska in 1984 and starting Spinell Homes in 1987, Chuck and Jackie Spinelli have strived to help the Alaskan Community. Active members, volunteers and financial supporters of many community groups, the Spinelli's are thankful for their success and ability to give back to the community. However, the Spinelli's view their most important achievement as completing your new home - on time, on budget, and meeting your expectations. After all, "We like to build things better!"
