Purchase Agreement

Once financing is secured, you have selected your floor plan and found your dream lot, the purchase agreement is the final step before building begins!

Reach Out To Us!

Walk-through and orientation

Prior to closing, we will walk you through your new home and help create a punch list of everything that still needs to be completed. We will also sit down and go through all of your home’s warranties, features, and maintenance information to help you on your journey of being a homeowner.

Closing Day

The final step before we hand over the keys! You will meet with your title company who will walk you through all of the necessary paperwork for closing. Sign on the dotted line(s) and the house is officially yours. Let the move-in commence!
